L.A. Pump insulator cylinder Ø 51 mm

These are the two-stage LAPDinsulator cylinders that come with separate chambers for your penis and testicles with different negative pressure.
They pull your penis up and out, pulling your testicles away from the body.

This special cylinder consists of three chambers and two valves. In order for this cylinder to function optimally, you must be able to fill the penile chamber from sidewall to sidewall.
After you fill the penile chamber, a second valve allows you to adjust the pressure in the chamber filled with your testicles.
The increase in pressure in the testicular chamber pulls your testicles forward away from the body.

Includes a quick coupling and uncoupling safety valve that maintains the vacuum after the pump is uncoupled
