Two Stage Isolator Cylinder

LA pump offers a unique and varied range of advanced pumping,
that cannot be seen elsewhere in this world.
These are the two-stage LAPD insulator cylinders,
which have separate chambers for your penis and testicles
equipped with different vacuum pressure.
You pull your penis up and out, pulling your testicles away from the body.

This special cylinder consists of three chambers and two valves.
The most important measurement is for the penis chamber.
For this cylinder to function optimally, you must be able to:
to fill the penile chamber from sidewall to sidewall.

After filling the penile chamber, you can use a second valve to increase the pressure
in the chamber filled with your testicles.
With the increase in pressure in the testicular chamber, your testicles are pulled forward away from the body.

To determine your size:
Measure the diameter of the penis shaft after pumping with a normal cylinder.
Choose the same diameter for your two-stage insulator cylinder
or a smaller size, as the whole chamber is to be filled.
